Giving Tuesday — the importance of giving during the Holiday Season
Over the past few years, the #GivingTuesday movement has built up momentum in Canada. In the immediate wake of Black Friday and Cyber Monday — both of them chances to take advantage of substantial discounts and start shopping for the holiday — Giving Tuesday highlights the work of charities.
On November 28, people are encouraged to think about the causes they care about and donate money or time to charities.
We are pleased to be part of Giving Tuesday, and invite you to start your Holiday Season countdown by giving a gift to life through a donation to Code Life: The Montreal General Hospital Foundation.
As you will see in this newsletter, the donations we receive have a real impact on the lives of numerous patients and their families, and help us provide vital support for vital care.
Thank you for your support — enjoy the newsletter!
