28 Days To Think and Act as a Community
Today marks the beginning of the partial confinement period decreed by the Government of Quebec to flatten the second wave of COVID-19. A new ordeal is before us all, both at the hospital and at home.
We are asking for 28 days of collective effort in order to prevent our health care system from bleeding out. 28 days to prevent our medical teams from being overloaded, surgeries from being postponed, families from losing a loved one. Hang in there, and together we will overcome this second wave.

Isolation and uncertainty can be difficult to accept and manage on a daily basis. For those needing a little help, resources and videos are available at codelife.ca/hope. We invite you to check it out and share it with people in your network who might need it.
Also remember that you can contact 811 at any time if you are experiencing difficulties, whether physical or psychological. If your situation or that of a loved one is urgent, please call 911 or go to the Emergency Room.
