NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE GOVERNORS OF THE MONTREAL GENERAL HOSPITAL FOUNDATION

NOTICE is hereby given that an Annual General Meeting of the Governors of the Montreal General Hospital Foundation (the “Corporation”) is called for and will be held on:

For the following purposes:

To receive the minutes of the last meeting of Governors held on June 18, 2025.
To receive the annual report of the Corporation.
To pass a resolution approving the audited financial statements of the Corporation for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, together with the auditor’s report thereon.
To appoint the auditors for the upcoming year and to authorize the Board of Directors to fix the auditor’s remuneration.
To pass a resolution electing the directors for a one-year term (2026-2027) from the following directors proposed by the Human Resources and Governance and Nominating Committee of the Board:
