This Giving Tuesday, support the CODE LiFE Campaign

OUR HOSPITAL OFFERS THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF CARE TO PATIENTS WITH LUNG, ESOPHAGEAL AND STOMACH CANCERS

The Montreal General Hospital Centre for Innovative Therapeutics in Chest and Esophago-gastric cancers treats the most complex cases, covering the whole province of Quebec and Eastern Canada. These cancers generally have a poor prognosis, with five-year survival rates of between 15 and 20%. However, there have been remarkable advances in the treatment of lung and esophageal/gastric cancer in the past five to ten years, and surgeons at the Montreal General Hospital have contributed directly to many of them.

With your help, we can go further.

This Giving Tuesday, help us provide vital support for vital care.

Make a gift that will benefit the whole community

Give better odds to our patients;
Hope to their loved ones;
Equipment to our medical teams;
Funding to our researchers;

GIVE to save lives.
Give to the Montreal General Hospital Foundation.

Your donations will have a direct impact, allowing us to:

  • Improve processes of care to allow patients to have a better quality of life and to recover from surgery much quicker;
  • Develop and establish new minimally invasive surgical techniques to remove cancers;
  • Develop personalized treatments based on the genetic mutations of a person’s tumor to maximize the chances of survival and limit side effects on patients.
